Slept well but felt a bit seedy this morning so breakfast was minuscule to say the least.
Breakfast: 2/3 a bit of wholemeal toast with low fat margarine and vegemite + Sml Skinny [instant] coffee with one sugar. Boring huh?
Exercise: 35 mins Wii Just Dance [session got cut short by the school calling me to tell me Rose was wagging! Daaaaaamit!]
Lunch: A curried egg lettuce wrap [that the dog got most of coz it fall apart while i was eating it] + a 75g bag of low fat chips/crisps.
Snacks: 2x diet energy drinks. Chocolate coated ice cream.
I went to my local slimmers club again today and my week of faking being motivated has earned me a nice loss of 2.5 kilos [5.5lbs]. Me likey very much!
I dunno why there is so much space in my post. I can't make it go away either.
