Did the same thing last night. It won't be happening tonight, or the next - i promise! And i realise that by not blogging what i'm doing, i'm not only deceiving you, but myself also. I can't say anything else about it - I'll just move on.On a positive note, i bought a juicer. I never even thought about making my own juices. But watching the show; "Eat yourself sexy", where they showed how to make juices to help certain physical things, i got interested. I haven't used it yet because i want to talk to some friends who have done/do the juice thing to get some good combinations.
Breakfast: 2x wholemeal toast with low fat marg, tomato & low fat cheese.
Lunch: 4 x corn thins with low fat ham, low fat ricotta cheese, low fat processed cheese slices, & tomato.
Banana smoothie with skim milk, low fat passionfruit yogurt & linseed meal.
Exercise: 45 mins Wii Just Dance
Dinner: Garden salad with egg & grated low fat cheese + 2 x BBQ sausages.
Snacks: 1 kiwifruit with 2-3 tablespoons of low fat passionfruit yogurt. 2x Diet energy drinks.
Calories: 1653 out of 2000. 31% of the calories are from fat, 25% from protein, 44% from carbs and 0% from alcohol.
My fat percentage was at 17% untill i added those 2 sausages and now i'm really annoyed!! It makes me not want to eat another sausage again, ever! >:o/
