Stuffs

Had another crap nights sleep last night. I dunno why, but i'm getting up like every hour for a pee and then it takes a bit to go back to sleep. I'm not drinking anything after dinner [about 7pm] and i'm going to bed between 10-11pm.
I love my sleep and my bed is my fav place to be, ever! And i've always slept like a log. This waking up thing better not become a regular occurrence - i'll just die!

Breakfast: 4 x corn thins with low fat peanut butter. Skinny coffee with 1 sugar.
Lunch: Spinach & Ricotta pasta
Dinner: 2 and a half seedy buns with low fat marg and low fat processed cheese slices.
Snacks: 2x Diet energy drinks
Exercise: None, but i was moving heavy furniture around, does that count? lol

Don't know if this would work for you, but if I wake up and can't get back to sleep, reading usually knocks me right back out. Also, I have the DVD box set of all the old Twilight Zones. I've seen every single one of the episodes and loved the show, but usually I don't last 10 minutes if I flip one on in the middle of the night. Maybe has to do witht he comfortable familiarity of the show that gets me in that relaxed state to get back to sleep.

I love that show too! Did you see the 80's version? It only lasted a season but it wasn't too bad.
I have to read to go to sleep in the first place, but the kinda sleeplessness i'm talking about is the sort where you are not asleep but not awake enough to think of a solution. Sux
