Last night i had a few Wild Turkeys and then ate 3 wraps [leftover from the canteen yesterday] for dinner [mostly salad]. Gee i was hungry! Then i went to bed without confessing to you 9_9I decided with breakfast this morning that i would cut it in half. With the meal below, i usualy have 2 toast & 2 eggs. But i thought i'd give half a shot. If i was still hungry afterwards, i could always go back for more...
Breakfast: 1 x Wholemeal toast with low fat margarine, 1 dry fried egg & a small can of baked beans. And it was enough. But i did get hungry sooner for lunch. I foiled that by downing a big drink of water :o)
Exercise: 40 mins Wii Just Dance
Lunch: A toasted wrap with avocado, light ham, light cheese and tomato.
