Salvage

Been hiding out for the past *thinks about it* 5 days. I haven't really been 'misbehaving', just not exercising. I always feel really guilty when i don't exercise 2 days in a row. But i'm here before it turns into something worse than a sulk.
Yesterday i helped out at a catering thing and got lumbered with a bunch of food to bring home. Mostly salad stuff and salad sandwiches. But now i have to eat it all so i'll be eating salad for weeks! Or until it goes soggy anyway.
I had planned to check out Curves today, but John got called into work so i'll probably go on Wednesday instead. I'm looking forward to it. Oh wait. John's working Wedensday too >:o/ Maybe i'll find a sitter :o)
Breakfast: Light Peanut Butter and banana wrap + a skinny coffee with 1 sugar.
Lunch: Ham, cheese and tomato [white bread] sandwich + a ham and salad wrap.
Dinner: 2x Hoki fish fillets cooked in alfoil with sweet chilli sauce and tomato Mmmmmmm, corn cob, carrot, peas and mashed potato
Snacks: A cupcake & 2x diet energy drinks
Exercise: NIL. I was very busy all day though, moving furniture around and general housework [trying to de-clutter]

That dinner sounds great! When I know I'm not going to have time to exercise, I'll park at the furthest possible spot at work, the mall, grocery store, wherever to at least force me to walk some extra steps. Better than nothing.

I love curves!!The thing I love about it is it only takes 30 mins,which makes it so do-able
