This week was hard. I was going to do a mid-week blog post but Wednesday was a bit hectic.Aunty Flo was here this week. and she just wouldn't leave! I think the sudden habit changes put a bit of stress on the body. I didn't exercise on Tues or Wed. Wed was an extremely shitty day! Daniel has 4 teeth coming through at once and he's awful to live with. Rose was being a right madam, and i swear Jason was trying to be the worlds most useless boy! Every time i asked him to do something, he either did it wrong or did something else completely. I really wanted a bourbon. But i didn't have one [Yay!]
Thursday i woke up with a headache that was trying real hard to turn into a migraine. So i had to stay in my 'quiet place' till it passed. Daniel was still sore so that place was up the back yard.
I've been struggling to keep my calories up to 2000 [it's been around 1400-1600]. I've been eating a lot of veges and they aren't very calorie intensive. I've been trying to keep my meals to around 500 cals, leaving 500 for snacks. But that's not as easy as i thought. I asked about it at Calorie King and someone suggested replacing my skim/low fat dairy with full fat. I might do that.
I'm going to have to address my energy drinks soon. Now that I'm eating heaps of veges, i don't really need the energy from the drinks. I think I'm actually getting headaches from them now. They are a habit i need to shake off. I'll work on it in the coming week
Other than all that, the week has been great :o)
I'm feeling a lot better within myself. More energy and motivation to do every day stuff that i 'couldn't' do before. I'm quicker to tidy up as opposed to putting it off etc. Feeling a lot less puffed and feeling happier. John said that alcohol may have been interfering with my meds. I think he might be right.
I had the second group meeting of "The Bod Squad" - the weight loss support group & 2 people came. It was nice and motivated me even more! I started a page on FaceBook for it because people out of town want to be part of it too.
I lost 2.8 kilos [6.1lbs] this week. Woot! Life is good :o)

It must feel good to have some more energy. Apart from the stupid headaches!
Breaking a habit like energy drinks is hard. It can be more about the ritual of buying/drinking it. Maybe a soda water with a flavour sugar free cordial added in to start with. Or coffee!!

i do not miss my period. its hard when things are hectic. i know work is like that for me.
